Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please read before booking
By booking a retreat, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy and our Booking Terms & Conditions. Because we must reserve accommodations, staff, transportation, and vendors in advance, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance as soon as you book.
How to cancel
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable). Your cancellation date is the date we receive your written request. If a refund is applicable, it may be reduced by non-recoverable payment processing fees charged by our payment provider.
Deposit
Your $750 per person deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. The deposit secures your reservation and is applied toward your total retreat price.
Refund schedule (based on days before the retreat start date)
Refund eligibility is determined by the number of days before the retreat start date:

120+ days before start date:
Refund of all payments made excluding the $750 deposit (and less any non-recoverable processing fees). -
90–119 days before start date:
Refund of 50% of amounts paid beyond the deposit (less any non-recoverable processing fees). The $750 deposit remains non-refundable. -
Less than 90 days before start date:
No refunds. All payments are forfeited.
No exceptions
We cannot make exceptions to this policy for any reason, including (but not limited to) illness, injury, family emergencies, weather, work conflicts, travel delays, or flight disruptions.
Transfers
At our discretion, a reservation may be transferred to another person with advance written notice and approval, subject to eligibility requirements and room availability. Any price differences or administrative costs are the responsibility of the original purchaser.
If we cancel or reschedule
If we cancel a retreat or materially change the start date, you may choose one of the following:

Credit: Apply payments made to a future retreat as credit (valid for one (1) year), or

Refund: Receive a refund of payments made to us.
We are not responsible for flights or other third-party costs not purchased directly through us.
