Booking Terms & Conditions

Agreement to terms

By placing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Booking Terms & Conditions and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. These terms apply to all retreat reservations.

What you are reserving

Your booking reserves a spot on the retreat you select for the listed dates and room type. Shared accommodations are priced per person (not per room).

Deposit and payment schedule

  • Deposit: A $750 deposit per person is required to reserve your spot and is applied toward your total retreat price.

  • Balance due date: The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the retreat start date.

  • Bookings within 90 days: If you book within 90 days of the start date, full payment is due at the time of booking.

  • A reservation is not confirmed until the required payment is successfully received.

Pricing and inclusions

Unless otherwise stated on the retreat page, your retreat price includes:

  • Accommodations during the retreat dates

  • Chef-prepared meals during the retreat

  • Airport transfers as specified for that retreat

  • Scheduled retreat activities and workouts

Exclusions

Retreat pricing does not include:

  • Flights/airfare

  • Personal expenses (shopping, minibar, optional add-ons, etc.)

  • Any services not explicitly listed as included on the retreat page

Itinerary and experience

Retreat schedules, activity times, instructors, and exact itinerary details may change due to weather, safety considerations, group needs, or vendor availability. We will always aim to deliver an exceptional experience and provide reasonable alternatives when changes are necessary.

Rooming and accommodations

  • Room assignments and shared room pairings are finalized prior to arrival.

  • If you book a shared room, you acknowledge that you will be paired with another guest unless you are traveling with someone and request to share (subject to availability).

  • We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to room assignments if needed for operational or safety reasons.

Guest responsibilities and conduct

Guests are expected to:

  • Treat staff, vendors, and other guests with respect

  • Follow property rules and safety instructions

  • Arrive on time for scheduled transfers and activities when applicable

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

Health, safety, and assumption of risk

You are responsible for ensuring you are medically and physically able to participate. Some activities may involve inherent risks. You agree to participate voluntarily and to follow all safety guidance provided by retreat staff and vendors.

Travel documents and insurance

You are responsible for obtaining any required travel documents (passport, visas, etc.) and we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, including medical and trip cancellation coverage.

Photography and marketing

We may take photos and videos during the retreat for marketing and social media. By attending, you grant permission for your image/likeness to be used for these purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please notify us in writing before the retreat begins and we will do our best to accommodate.
